Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or a related role within a SaaS or observability-focused company.
- Proven track record of managing product development cycles and ensuring cross-functional alignment in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Hands-on experience with ProductBoard for managing the product development lifecycle (PDLC) and improving roadmap visibility.
- Strong proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and report on operational and product-related KPIs.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, drive innovation, or support problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Identify systemic inefficiencies across the product lifecycle and drive large-scale process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
- Lead initiatives that promote scalable and adaptable product operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Serve as a key liaison across the organization to maintain and distribute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with timelines, deliverables, and business priorities.
- Manage product release timelines, supporting Product Managers through internal testing, demos, and usage reporting.
- Leverage ProductBoard to manage release visibility, stakeholder alignment, and prioritization across the organization.
- Act as a bridge between Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure cohesive execution of product strategies.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on product development progress, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product development efficiency, release timelines, and post-launch success.
- Deliver actionable insights to leadership to support continuous improvement efforts.
- Drive effective adoption and usage of tools like ProductBoard, JIRA, and Confluence to enhance transparency, productivity, and collaboration.
- Proactively identify risks and blockers within the product development process and collaborate with teams to implement solutions.
- Lead the successful rollout and adoption of new tools, systems, and processes within Product and Engineering teams, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
