Producer

at least 5 years of experience as a creative project manager or creative producer
Experience with variety of formats, mediums, channels (social media, video, site design, advertising, etc.)
Proficiency with the latest creative operations tools, such as Wrike, Frame.io, Figma, etc.
Experience in overseeing multiple project streams, optimizing intake, review, and delivery for efficient resource management
Experience with creative resourcing: You understand how to manage a pipeline of projects, be the first line of communication for intake, and insure projects are resourced and kicked off effectively
A strategic mind and you thrive on collaboration with cross functional partners such as creatives, marketers, UX designers, and product/engineering managers
An understanding of the value of building scalable, strategic systems optimized for a fast paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills, understand needs, solve challenges, and keep all parties updated.

Partner with multiple collaborators across the organization to execute creative project management for digital design, social marketing, PMM, and communications driving operational success and on time delivery of assets
Work with scalable systems facilitating the evolution and hyper growth of the creative studio producing fortified workback streams, clear communication channels and constructive team collaboration
Work together with a collaborative team to deliver engaging creative assets that achieve business objectives and make a difference for our company and millions of Roblox fans
Assess and improve flows of communication from working teams up to creative leadership, and outward to cross-functional partners, the executive team, and the company
Manage creative resourcing for Creative Studios team
