Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and publication of internal and external data and survey projects
- Compile, create, and publish annual University Fact Book
- Compile and submit college guidebook profiles by externally imposed deadlines
- Support the completion of various data reports
- Collaborate with IR dept. on analytical data projects
- Coordinate with campus partners on annual and ad hoc data projects
- Coordinate survey requests and approval calendar
- Assist with the creation of, administering of, and reporting of institutional surveys
- Responsible for day-to-day activities of the office including but not limited to scheduling, filing, coordinating incoming requests, orders, external registrations, maintain office records
- Responsible for reviewing documents and materials to ensure accuracy prior to submissions
- Maintenance of Office Budget
