Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in data analytics roles, preferably focused on growth, marketing analytics, or product analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and dbt.
- Hands-on experience with event tracking tools such as Segment.
- Proven track record working on funnel optimization and CRO initiatives.
- Experience collaborating with Growth, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Strong analytical thinking with excellent data storytelling skills.
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
- Experience in startups or high-growth companies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and Optimize Funnel Performance: Deep-dive into user acquisition funnels to identify drop-off points, friction areas, and opportunities for CRO. Provide actionable insights that directly improve conversion rates and customer acquisition efficiency.
- Collaborate on Traffic Strategy: Work alongside Traffic and Marketing teams to assess campaign performance, traffic sources, and user behaviors. Influence strategies that drive high-quality traffic and improve ROI.
- Lead Data-Driven Experiments: Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments across the acquisition funnel. Partner with Product Managers to iterate rapidly and validate hypotheses that enhance user experience and conversion.
- Develop Self-Service Dashboards: Build intuitive dashboards in Tableau to empower stakeholders with real-time visibility into funnel metrics, test results, and growth KPIs. Enable teams to make informed decisions without constant data team intervention.
- Enhance Event Tracking & Data Quality: Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define and implement robust event tracking using tools like Segment. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all growth-related datasets.
- Define Metrics & Customer Segments: Establish clear metric frameworks and segmentation strategies to better understand user behavior and personalize the acquisition journey.
- Be a Strategic Partner: Act as a trusted advisor to Growth, Marketing, and Product teams by translating complex data into clear, compelling narratives that drive action.
- Drive a Culture of Experimentation: Promote data literacy and a test-and-learn mindset across the organization, helping teams embrace continuous optimization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Python for advanced data analysis.
- Experience with analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Amplitude, or MixPanel.
- Familiarity with A/B testing platforms and methodologies.
- Understanding of digital marketing metrics and attribution models.
