Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on B2B, partner enablement, or broker marketing.
- Proven expertise in working with Salesforce and data analytics tools to drive marketing insights and results.
- Experience working with sales teams to align strategies and achieve shared goals.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to autonomously translate insights into actionable plans.
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and innovate- to challenge the status quo
- Proficiency in Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
- Exceptional relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams and levels.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for using data to drive marketing strategies and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing, brand, product marketing, product, pricing, business intelligence and rev ops to develop and execute a broker strategy tailored to top U.S. brokerage firms.
- Identify, prioritize and deliver initiatives that empower brokers to position TELUS Health solutions with their clients (ex: training, thought leadership material, exclusive campaigns and specialty resources).
- Lead reporting of marketing impact to sales funnel through Salesforce reporting and analytics, providing real-time visibility into broker engagement, marketing impact, and marketing enabled sales conversions.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights for marketing and sales teams by analyzing data trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, helping to refine marketing strategies and enhance broker effectiveness.
- Work closely with US marketing to build targeted 1:1 lists, leveraging Salesforce automation tools to develop segmentation, improve lead nurture and outreach results.
- Support quarterly and annual planning, providing regular updates on campaign results and deliver data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing and sales integration.

- Knowledge of the U.S. employee benefits landscape and broker dynamics is highly desirable.
