Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience working in supply chain sourcing or procurement.
- Experience with cost management and cost controls for supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Drive methodology, governance and tracking for organizational performance indicators, results, accomplishments, challenges, and progress vs. OKRs.
- Structure and execute operational initiatives by developing work plans, systems, gathering/synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses and developing recommendations.
- Lead process and productivity improvements using data analytics, AI, automation, and tooling capabilities. Drive closure of process gaps, and document standard operating procedures for organizational processes.
- Provide support for business intelligence and cost management activities, which can include target setting, cost modelling, spend analysis, etc.
- Support operational reviews and processes including executive readouts, action item tracking, annual planning processes, including strategy, headcount, budget, and workforce planning.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in supply chain or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience working with SQL, dashboards (Plx, Looker), data visualization.
- Experience in management consulting focused on operational initiatives.
- Experience in Supply chain areas such as supplier management, negotiation, or global operations.
