Requirements
- Manufacturer certified in all listed repair areas
- Minimum of 3 ASE certifications (ASE Master Technician preferred)
- 3-5 years of hands-on automotive repair experience
- Proven ability to exceed 105% customer pay repairs
Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance efficiently and accurately per Lithia and manufacturer standards.
- Diagnose vehicle issues and determine the best course of repair.
- Road-test vehicles to ensure quality workmanship.
- Accurately document all repairs, time spent, and procedures followed.
- Maintain an organized, clean workspace and return special tools properly.
- Complete all required training and maintain manufacturer/ASE certifications.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain personal grooming and uniform standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Competency in performing repairs with no supervision in: Lube & Maintenance Services, Engine Repair, Suspension/Steering Repair, Brake Repair, Electrical/Electronic Systems Repair, Heating & A/C Repair, Engine Drivability Diagnosis & Repair (optional)
- Strong attention to detail & sense of urgency
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Adaptable, accountable, and a team player
