Financial Planning Analyst

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management
6-10 years experience in Financial analysis, budgeting, planning and forecasting
Highly proficient level of Microsoft Excel
Spreadsheet modeling and forecasting
Managerial accounting
Time management
Ability to adapt quickly and meet deadlines

Coordinate, consolidate and review earnings reports provided by financial subject matter experts for the monthly earnings package
Examine financial results for errors and anomalies
Analyze and research emerging trends in results
Present consolidated financial results and explanations to senior management and auditors
Analyze, project and present to senior management key financial measures and performance indicators
Create and maintain the company’s financial supplement
Review and sign-off on the accuracy of financial results presented in the company’s earnings call with investors
Create and update financial models for miscellaneous revenue and expense items
Create and maintain accurate and informative financial reports and dashboards in the company’s FP&A software tool
Evaluate financial forecasts and budgets for reasonableness and completeness
Assist in the maintenance and support of the company’s FP&A software models
Create presentations for senior executives and the company’s board of directors
