Requirements
- 10 years’ experience in a financial accountant or FP&A role
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Experience in a global business environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in a fast-paced SaaS or tech-driven environment
- Proficiency in MYOB and Dynamics 365
- Advanced Excel skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial decision-making and provide strategic insights
- Develop financial models and ensure alignment with business objectives for sustainable growth
- Create and manage budgets and forecasting revenue and expenses
- Communicate financial results and performance to stakeholders
- Establish robust internal controls and ensure accurate preparation of financial statements and reports in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Continuously enhance financial processes with a focus on automation, efficiency, and scalability
