Requirements
- 8+ years in enterprise technology sales, ideally at a high-growth startup or transformational tech company
- Proven track record of exceeding quota in complex sales environments with Fortune 500/1000 clients
- Experience managing $1M+ ACV deals with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- History of building pipeline and territory from zero; thrives in early-stage or unstructured environments
- Familiarity with AI/ML, enterprise SaaS platforms, data infrastructure, or digital transformation
- Strong consultative selling skills—able to position platform solutions, not just products
- Comfortable selling to technical audiences (e.g., CIOs, architects, data science teams) and connecting to executive-level priorities
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end sales from outbound to close. Identify, engage, and convert new enterprise prospects into long-term customers.
- Navigate multi-stakeholder deals across IT, product, innovation, and business teams. Bring structure to ambiguity and create momentum across decision makers.
- Connect our AI platform to business outcomes. Translate technical concepts into strategic impact for executives.
- Land new logos and grow accounts through expansion opportunities. Lead account planning and execute multi-phase strategies that align with customer transformation goals.
- Work tightly with product, marketing, and delivery to shape customer needs into scalable solutions and GTM motions.

- Early sales team members at breakout enterprise tech companies (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, MongoDB)
- Sales roles at leading AI companies or high-growth SaaS startups
- Management consulting experience with a tech focus, paired with enterprise sales roles
