Sentinel Program Control Manager 3

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline with 8+ years of industry related experience in Finance, Accounting, Pricing/Cost estimating, Contracts, Program Control, or other related Business Management function(s); Master’s degree with 6 years of experience or an additional 4 years of related experience in lieu of degree
Understanding of Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
Experience in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis
Experience leading teams to successful outcomes
Strong experience operating within highly compliant business environments (e.g., Earned Value Management, TINA Compliant Cost Estimating, FAR/DFARS required Contracting, etc.)
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with added emphasis on advanced Excel data analysis competency
Experience in establishing a program baseline or significant experience in developing time phased pricing or estimating forecasts
Understanding of DoD Contracts, government Cost Accounting Standards, and the FAR/DFARS
Active DoD Secret level security clearance. US citizenship is a prerequisite

Leading the GBSD Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSRs), Internal and External Audits, and other financial assurance engagements
Providing insight and support to Subcontract Management Teams managing the supply base
Overseeing and ensuring quality of financial data delivered to internal and external customers, including variance analysis and forecasts
Support the development of the GBSD Program Annual Operating Plan (AOP)/Long Range Strategic Plan (LRSP)
Identifying issues and making recommendations to management for resolution or mitigation

MBA or a Master’s Degree in a Business related field
Management experience
Experience preparing and presenting financial analysis to team and/or management
Experience using Deltek COBRA cost management and Oracle Primavera software tools
Active Top Secret security clearance
