Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous security experience, preferably in a hospital setting
- Must possess a US Driver’s License
- Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Must be able to respond to physically demanding emergency calls
Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe environment for our patients, staff, visitors, physicians, and volunteers
- Ensure quality outcomes for the security department by communicating effectively with security, staff, and the public
- Use time and resources in a financially responsible manner
- Foster group cohesiveness within the security department
- Portray a positive image of the organization.
