Requirements
- MS or PhD degree in biomedical engineering, electrical engineering or relevant field
- Strong publication records in relevant journals
- Outstanding writing and oral communication skills
Responsibilities
- Develop novel technologies in precision diagnosis, phenotyping and personalized treatment of movement disorders, neuromuscular diseases and pain
- Develop novel techniques in precision diagnosis, phenotyping and personalized treatment of psychiatric disorders and Alzheimer’s disease
- Develop regenerative therapies to enhance reduced muscle mass, restore impaired muscle innervation and coordination in conjunction with rehabilitative interventions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in surface and intracranial EEG, ECoG, EMG, and/or tACS
- Experience in surface and intracranial EEG, ECoG, NIRS, MRI, TMS and/or Transcranial Focused Ultrasound
- Experience in tissue engineering, extracorporeal shock wave therapy, and endogenous stem cell activation
- Postdoctoral research experience preferred
