Requirements
- A high school diploma and two years work experience in a clinical or research setting
- A bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, or other natural, life or health care science may be substituted for the two years of required experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments; carry out general administrative lab tasks; prepare labware and materials for experiments and procedures.
- Carry out quality control and safety assessments including air particle and surface monitoring, endotoxin testing, and mycoplasma testing; assist in general laboratory support functions.
- Conduct molecular biology techniques such as DNA isolation, PCR, and real-time PCR; perform cell separation from whole blood using density gradient methods; support assays including flow cytometry, ELISA, and co-culture preparation.
- Cleanroom-based cell culture work, including processes related to CAR-T cells and Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs)
- Other duties as assigned.
