Requirements
- 7+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in a (preferably) quantitative field.
- Creative problem solver with an aptitude for complex technical work
- Expert communication skills and capability to coordinate complex projects involving multiple teams.
- Understanding of insurance liabilities, regulation, and the capital/reserving frameworks with respect to U.S., Japan, and Bermuda jurisdictions.
Responsibilities
- Develop familiarity with tools and analytical capabilities with ALM S&A
- Facilitate/oversee special projects that can benefit from team’s expertise encompassing liquidity, capital, accounting metrics and other risk lenses
- Collaborate closely with Product Development, Investment Risk, Asset Management, Actuarial, Treasurers and Finance.
