- 2+ years of experience as a dealership Service Advisor/Writer – REQUIRED
- Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

- Clearly explain recommended services and vehicle maintenance needs.
- Provide accurate estimates and secure customer approval prior to work.

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with CDK software – a plus
