Requirements

  • Previous sales, marketing, or customer service experience.
  • Previous cold calling or call center experience.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and GOLD MINE (or similar CRM software).

Responsibilities

  • Making daily outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner
  • Handle inbound calls.
  • Accountable for daily and weekly goals for scheduling appointments for our Benefits Specialist, along with several inbound and outbound calls
  • Communicate effectively with prospective clients and colleagues
  • Work independently and as a key member of the entire team
  • Place scheduled appointments on representatives’ calendars
  • Document all calls, tasks, and appointments in CRM
  • Create a positive first impression of GPIS and the unique services we provide
  • Participate in daily team huddles, attend training sessions and other meetings as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
