Requirements
- Active SECRET clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
- Zero to 5 (five) years of experience is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Capture, analyze, and document requirements using DoD DOORS
- Develop and maintain requirements traceability matrices
- Ensure consistency and alignment between requirements, design, and testing activities
- Learn the CGN DOORS structure for both baseline and SLE
- Learn the CGN DOORS/ DXL toolbox
- Assist identifying unjustified orphan requirements and childless requirements that have not been decomposed
- Generate reports and metrics to track progress and measure performance against requirements
- Assist in generating System Engineering Board (SERB) and Change Control Board (CCB) material which require DOORS traces
- Assist in generating traces for Requirements Verification Plan reviews
- Translate users’ needs into a report using a combination of standard DOORS functions and DXL
- Track changes to requirements throughout the development lifecycle
- Assist in applying approved CCB changes to the DOORS database
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and define project requirements
- Work closely with project teams, including engineers, testers, and managers, to ensure effective communication and alignment
- Assist working with contractors to exchange and integrate their DOORS data
- Identify opportunities to improve requirements management processes and procedures
- Identify, recommend, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in requirements management using DoD DOORS or similar tools
- Familiarity with quality assurance and testing processes
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for requirements management
