Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar administrative role
  • Fast typing skills (40+ WPM) with high accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and update data into internal databases and systems
  • Verify accuracy of data before input and conduct regular quality checks
  • Organize and maintain electronic files and documentation
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities
  • Prepare reports and summaries when required
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure data consistency and completeness
