Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 1+ year of experience in event planning or administrative support preferred
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to change
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic event planning software
- Must be available to work occasional evenings or weekends based on event schedule
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events from start to finish
- Coordinate logistics such as venue booking, equipment rentals, catering, and transportation
- Support communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate event documentation and schedules
- Help with setup, registration, and breakdown of events
- Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback
- Manage inventories of promotional materials and event supplies
Preferred Qualifications
