Requirements
- Citrix
- Citrix Netscalers
- Citrix VDI
- VMware VDI
- 8 + years of related experience
- Active Top Secret clearance; Must be able to obtain a Top TS/SCI
- DoD 8570 IAT II (CompTIA Security+ CE)
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems Technology or related field of study; comparable to technical certifications; or in lieu of education, 5 additional years of documented experience that addresses all requirements for the position
- US Citizenship Required
Responsibilities
- Managing, configuring, and maintaining Citrix systems to ensure secure, efficient, and high-performance application delivery
- Managing Citrix NetScaler appliances, managing load balancing, applying SSL certificates, supporting organization VDI access (LEAP), and implementing security policies
- Monitoring system health, tuning performance, automating tasks using scripting tools, and applying necessary patches and updates
- Administering published applications, handling tickets, managing Citrix infrastructure (VDI, VMware) and monitoring via tools like Citrix Director and Edge Sight
- Securing and hardening systems to include patching, updating, and applying STIGs to supported Citrix systems
- Updating and maintaining master VDI images
- Experience and or knowledge with domain/active directory administration, DNS and group policy objects
Preferred Qualifications
- Broad experience with virtualized environments
- Demonstrated ability to provide an outstanding customer service experience in supporting enterprise VDI and Citrix infrastructure
