Senior MS Dynamics CRM Engineer

Requirements

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 3+ years of C# full lifecycle development experience
• 2+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Relationship Management) development experience, inclusive of 1+ years with the SaaS product

Responsibilities

• Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
• Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
• Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
• Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
• Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients’ needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
• Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of JavaScript
• 1 year using KingswaySoft / SSIS solutions for Data Integration
• 3 years writing MS Dynamics Plugins
• 1 year Power Automate (workflows) experience
• 2 years of foundational development practices of implementing test coverage and test automation
• Experience implementing foundational non-functional requirements / SRE practices; Splunk experience
• 2 years writing/optimizing SQL queries and performing database performance analysis
• 3 years of DevOps experience; usage of Jira and Github
• Hands-on experience working in an Agile Scrum environment
• Experience customizing ribbons
• Experience migration from MS Dynamics on-prem version to cloud
• OpenShift / Kubernetes experience
• Home Lending experience
• MS Customer Insights Journey experience
• Liquibase experience
• ServiceNow experience
• Production Support / Change Management
• Apigee experience
