Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- 8 years of experience in the job offered or in a software engineering-related occupation
- Experience in delivering performance evaluations
- Experience in developing software, including Java and Rest APIs, for technical solutions
- Experience in identifying and resolving blockers that inhibited team progress
- Experience in using metrics, including code quality and application response times to make data-driven decisions
- Experience in building strong partnerships with business executives on technology initiatives and business needs to deliver technical products according to business needs
- Experience in transforming legacy applications to latest technologies stacks
- Experience in using Java/ J2EE, Spring Boot, and REST Services
- Two (2) years of experience must include performing people management
Responsibilities
