Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related disciple and 4 years’ experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification strongly preferred
  • Experience leading cross-functional work teams and influencing outcomes through indirect people leadership
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering them on time and within budget
  • Advanced project management skills and proficiency in related methodologies, tools, and software, including change management frameworks
  • Proven ability to influence and gain buy-in from senior executives and key stakeholders through compelling communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing projects using Scrum or other Agile frameworks
  • Experience in mediating conflicts and negotiating solutions with internal and external partners to ensure project success
  • Ability to mentor junior project managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team

Responsibilities

  • Manage strategic execution for net new growth initiatives such as payment facilitation and economic market insights
  • Contributes to the analysis of business trends and strategic assessment of new growth concepts, opportunities, and ideas
  • Works with business and functional leadership, and other relevant stakeholders to understand new growth concepts and recommendations
  • Structures and executes research and data gathering to support the analysis of potential opportunities and underpin comprehensive due diligence and evaluation
  • Works with business owners, executives, and project teams to rationalize business objectives and determine new business / program priorities
  • Translates program objectives into integrated project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Works with appropriate colleagues and stakeholders to define program management deliverables including plans, business cases, program charters, risks assessments, stakeholder assessments, communication plans, issue / risk logs, benefits tracking and program status reports
  • Defines and tracks project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on overall status, challenges, changes, risk management, and delivery
  • Ensures the financial health of programs by preparing budgets, forecasting expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating correcting actions in partnership with Finance and portfolio leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP certification or equivalent certification strongly preferred
