Requirements

  • At least 8 years’ experience in similar roles in a large global financial institution.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively across global teams and levels of the organization.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail and a track record of high-quality output.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and build a CBS cross-functional workforce which is a combination of employees and consultants.
  • Strategy formulation and execution: working with the CBS Senior leadership team on defining go-forward objectives, tracking implementation, and reporting progress.
  • CBS Risk governance and oversight: partnering with Firm and CS Risk on the proactive management of CBS risks (such as MNPI tracking).
  • Primary interface into the Corporate Services Business Services and Innovation (BSI) team: leading critical initiatives such as workforce and location strategy implementation, expense management and annual budget exercises, reporting on client spend and updating CS level documents (Quarterly Business Review, Department Scorecard, etc.).
  • CBS Technology portfolio management: partner with stakeholders such as Technology, CBS product owners and leadership to prioritize automation and GenAI projects. Maintain timeline and high-level milestones.
  • Expense Management: monitoring and reporting on operating expenses. Partnering with CS expense management team on approvals, maintenance, monitoring and ensuring compliance with Firm expense policies and budgetary guidelines.
  • Production and delivery of high-quality and meaningful executive reporting and analytics that support business decisions and aggregate materials for management and business reviews.
