Requirements

  • Experience managing multi-site locations, demonstrating the ability to oversee and optimize operations across multiple regions

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for donor-related communications, collaborating with marketing, communications, and other relevant teams to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Design and implement innovative strategies to boost donor satisfaction, drive retention, and enhance engagement based on direct feedback.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify data inconsistencies, guaranteeing system integrity and accuracy.
  • Identify, analyze, and report technical issues impacting campaigns and donor/employee engagement, driving prompt resolution.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive instructional materials, SOPs, and toolkits for fleetwide distribution, ensuring consistent excellence in all practices.
  • Generate and deliver regular reports on key metrics, including app utilization, local campaign performance, and lead generation to drive data-driven decision-making.
