Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Arts, Social Sciences, Computer Science or a related field
- 8 years of experience in the job offered or in a product or infrastructure related occupation
- 4 years of experience must include people management
- Experience with managing and prioritizing sprint backlogs using JIRA and Rally
- Utilizing Agile Scrum practices
- Conducting JAD (Joint Application Development) sessions
- Project management using JIRA, Microsoft Project Plan, and Service Now
- Business process decision making and documentation using IBM Blue Works Live (BWL)
Responsibilities
- Driving customer experience leveraging data, analytics, and technology to drive learning agendas and insights for improvement
- Managing the delivery of technology related initiatives across the business including monthly installs and new innovations, products, etc.
