Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing advertising campaigns across print, digital, and out-of-home platforms
  • Coordinate timelines, creative assets, and communication between internal teams and external partners
  • Monitor campaign performance and compile data for analysis and reporting
  • Help manage budgets and ensure projects stay within financial parameters
  • Maintain organized records of campaign assets, schedules, and vendor details
  • Support in market research and competitive analysis
  • Prepare presentations and assist in client meetings when necessary

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in an advertising, marketing, or project coordination role preferred
  • Familiarity with media planning and buying is a plus
  • Experience with project management tools is a plus
