Requirements

  • 1-3 years F&B experience, hotel/resort preferred
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work outside in spring, summer and fall months
  • Positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand/walk up to 8 hours per shift

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Host team, TopGolf Swing Suite and Ramsay’s Kitchen alongside F&B management
  • Training, development, and oversight of the Host team
  • TopGolf Swing Suite oversight and guest experience
  • Supervise the consistency of quality and efficiency of food and service in all outlets
  • Utilize all computer systems relevant to the departments
  • Execute the tasks of a pool attendant, server, and/or bartender as needed
  • Schedule staff and complete payroll records in accordance with budgeted guidelines
  • Order supplies and other amenities to ensure the restaurant or outlet par levels are adequate for smooth operations
  • Participate in regular staff meetings to keep employees informed of hotel policies and changes as well as ways to increase sales and service
  • Knowledge of all food and beverage items offered, including ingredients, methods of preparation, and proper service
