Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Confidentiality and integrity while handling sensitive information
- Proven ability to manage deliverables and metrics against aggressive targets and timelines
- Proficiency with computer systems and applications
- Ability to commute 5 days per week to our beautiful Tempe office
Responsibilities
- Maintain excellent customer service through strong email and/or telephone support
- Answer auction questions
- Rectify issues as they arise, facilitating a solution, and following up to confirm resolutions
- Work with team members to manage workload effectively
- Mark units complete and quality check for online sales
- Release units for online sales
- Serve as the online operations representative for auctions
- Understand complex sales schedules and client relationships
- Audit a variety of sales, including but not limited to closed factory sales, open consignment sales, speciality sales, and DealerBlock events
- Utilize knowledge of multiple customer systems, such as the internal operating system, Email, and Google Suite
