Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
  • Confidentiality and integrity while handling sensitive information
  • Proven ability to manage deliverables and metrics against aggressive targets and timelines
  • Proficiency with computer systems and applications
  • Ability to commute 5 days per week to our beautiful Tempe office

Responsibilities

  • Maintain excellent customer service through strong email and/or telephone support
  • Answer auction questions
  • Rectify issues as they arise, facilitating a solution, and following up to confirm resolutions
  • Work with team members to manage workload effectively
  • Mark units complete and quality check for online sales
  • Release units for online sales
  • Serve as the online operations representative for auctions
  • Understand complex sales schedules and client relationships
  • Audit a variety of sales, including but not limited to closed factory sales, open consignment sales, speciality sales, and DealerBlock events
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple customer systems, such as the internal operating system, Email, and Google Suite
