Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of team sales management experience with proven track record to meet or exceed goals
- Experience making data driven decisions and holding the studio accountable to KPI’s
- Proven experience elevating a brand through marketing and event efforts with measurable, quantitative results
- Experience leading sales management and driving results through others
- Experience in a start-up or new product launch environment in an ambiguous retail environment
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adhere to business-critical deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective and proven approach to sales and sales operations
- Impeccable attention to details
- Acts with urgency and champions excellence in all company objectives
- Ability to develop collaborative relationships acting as a well-respected, trusted partner with whom others want to work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, CRM tools (i.e. Salesforce) and retail business systems.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends in a retail environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history
- Ability to obtain appropriate state licensing, where applicable

Responsibilities
- Lead the overall performance and outbound marketing efforts of the local or regional market
- Manage and oversee the Lucid studio in a retail environment
- Lead the team through training, coaching, motivating, goal setting and sales performance
- Create marketing and event opportunities in the local market to maximize Lucid’s brand exposure
- Achieve targets and be accountable for overall market operations
- Increase brand awareness and drive optimal team performance
- Generate and analyze reports on sales, expenses and other KPIs
- Identify, plan and execute compelling and efficient marketing plans
- Manage marketing and event budget and is responsible for vendor management, local spending and KPIs
- Ensure every customer touchpoint creates customer advocacy
- Manage escalations quickly and effectively
- Define team and individual goals and implement employee development programs
- Identify high potential talent through hiring process and develop succession plans for current and future talent needs
- Resolve all people and safety issues in a timely and effective manner
- Assist with daily operations as needed
