Requirements

Responsibilities

• Supervise a staff of production employees
• Manage team activities in accordance with production schedules
• Ensure adherence to established operations and safety policies/procedures
• Provide 24/7 production coverage support through shift rotation
• Direct production teams in coordination of competing production priorities
• Work with technical resources to resolve production issues
• Manage improvement activities focused on unit processes and equipment
• Maintain electronic employee data including accurate weekly time keeping records
• Support development of team member functional knowledge, skills, and abilities through training and mentorship
