Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of previous experience
- Event Management experience
- Calendar Management experience
- Accounting or Financial experience (help with budgets or expense reports) highly desired
Responsibilities
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings and meeting rooms
- Arranging travel and submitting expense reports
- Building management including greeting visitors, ordering and stocking office supplies, facilitating building maintenance communications
- Handling other administrative responsibilities as needed
