Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, or closely related field
- 5 years of work experience in the job offered or closely related occupation
- Alternatively, a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in the same fields plus 3 years of work experience
- Direct experience in warehousing, distribution, or 3PL industries
- Direct experience managing systems and workflows for physical products
- Direct experience auditing the entire value chain and proposing solutions in response to client requirements
- CAD software for designing warehouse solutions
- Direct experience with warehouse management software and processes, including methods time measurements (MTM)
- Providing solutions for warehouse layout, labor planning, and material handling requirements
- Direct experience in Process Modeling using LucidChart
- Proficiency in statistical analysis, data mining, and data visualization tools (such as Excel, R, SQL, Tableau)
- Working with large datasets, cleaning and preprocessing data, performing advanced analytics techniques
- Analyzing inventory levels, turnover rates, and stockouts
- Evaluating supplier performance based on key metrics
- Analyzing transportation routes, shipping methods, and delivery times
Responsibilities
- Design and develop supply chain and warehouse solutions for new or existing Brand partner relationships
- Anticipate and translate customer needs into operational processes
- Develop innovative and realistic logistics solutions that meet the customer’s requirements in terms of cost and performance
- Audit the entire value chain and increase its efficiency by proposing solutions in response to client requirements
- Perform network analysis and design solutions using best-in-class tools
- Apply business rules and ensure consistency with all IT processes
- Work closely with sales teams to support them on technical aspects
- Manage projects such as layout design or warehouse conception on a global scale
- Communicate with key stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives
- Create project status presentations and monitor project milestones and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans
