Advanced Deal Desk Analyst

4+ years of experience in Deal Desk, or a similar function such as Sales Operations, Procurement, Order Management, or Finance
Strong understanding of SaaS revenue recognition principles, pricing structures, and contract terms
Demonstrated experience working with CPQ and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred)
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to partner effectively with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success teams
A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and creating operational efficiencies

Advise the Sales organization on deal structures to maximize live and committed revenue while reducing deviation from standard terms by applying approval rules and policies
Coordinate pricing, quoting, and contract generation in partnership with Sales, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a smooth Order-to-Cash process
Take ownership in coordinating the internal support process with other business functions, such as Legal, to close high-value deals in an efficient and timely manner
Customize contracts for complex deals based on approved requests, ensuring consistency and attention to detail in customer-facing documents
Conduct final reviews and approvals of deals, with precision and speed, particularly around month-end and quarter-end reconciliation
Stay current and adaptable with evolving pricing models, product packaging, and policy changes—applying learnings to live deal cycles
Collaborate with Sales Operations and Business Systems to maintain accurate Salesforce records and minimize process disruptions
Maintain and improve key enablement resources, including order form templates, SOWs, MSA templates, approval matrices, and contract language libraries
Identify and share opportunities to streamline and scale deal desk processes, tooling, and cross-functional workflows
