Responsibilities
- Review high-level deal requests and guide the team in data collection
- Input data into models and validate assumptions
- Design optimal capital structures for deals
- Lead the production of high-quality deal write-ups and offering memoranda
- Identify and negotiate with capital partners
- Negotiate term sheets and present options to sponsors
- Manage due diligence processes and client expectations
- Coordinate with parties for timely loan closings
- Build a team that delivers and earns trust
- Expand the company’s lender network
