Requirements

  • 5+ years of related experience in Healthcare, telecom and/or OEM Sales
  • 2+ years experience in Channel Sales
  • 2+ years Salesforce experience
  • Familiar with Google Suite
  • Familiar with HighSpot (a plus)
  • Familiar with Gong (a plus)
  • Prior experience selling and delivering into Healthcare for an IT services consulting firm, service provider, software vendor, or Managed Solutions Organization
  • Strong relationships on the business side of Healthcare ideally with EMR/EHR Software Providers or System Integrators
  • Self-starter with strong communication skills, ability to capture a room and engage with C-level executives
  • Strategic thinker and problem solver

Responsibilities

  • Bring knowledge of Healthcare, Healthcare Providers, business process, &/or Healthcare IT knowledge
  • Work well in collaborative environments
  • Be highly motivated by delivering excellent services to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction
  • Will lead a team of various business units to accomplish Partner Strategy
  • Utilizing Solutions Selling Experience
  • Will use and leverage their experience and creativity to design, propose and execute solutions for complex client problems in advanced business and technology environments
  • Stay apprised of all CCSI products and services
  • Other secondary duties and responsibilities will surface on an as-needed or as-determined basis, by management

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a role with a heavy focus on prospecting / hunting / cold calling
  • 1+ years on a commission model compensation plan
