Requirements
- Strong visual and writing skills with attention to detail, including experience with best practices for website design and layouts
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines across regions
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and digital tools including Photoshop, Figma, and Asana, or similar
- Knowledge of paid digital channels, SEO, web analytics, and localization best practices
- Experience with legal and healthcare-related review processes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience building consensus and gaining buy-in from colleagues, leaders, and other cross-functional stakeholders
- Passion for creating impactful content that improves lives worldwide
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred field of study Communications, Marketing, Media Production)
- 5 years proven experience in global content production, preferably for digital platforms
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Director of Digital Strategy and cross-functional teams across regions to produce content that aligns with Insulet’s global brand and objectives
- Manage the end-to-end production process for multi-channel digital content, including planning, creation, editing, and publishing for both US and international markets
- Coordinate with designers, writers, developers, and regional stakeholders to ensure content is culturally relevant, localized, and meets quality standards
- Partner with the Global SEO Manager to optimize content for SEO, accessibility, and global search engine visibility to enhance user experience across all regions
- Maintain consistency in tone, style, and branding across multilingual and multicultural content
- Monitor website performance and user engagement metrics globally to identify areas for improvement
- Stay updated on digital content trends, regional preferences, and best practices to continuously enhance production processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Medical Device, Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry experience
- Experience working on a global marketing team
- Preferred driving distance to Acton, MA or London, UK office to support semi-regular on-site meeting, could be up to 2-3 days per month
