Responsibilities
- Executing high volume processing of Plan Sponsor payrolls and synoptic files with a high rate of accuracy
- Understanding the many operational processes within the group
- Ensuring participant account information is updated timely and accurately
- Managing relationships with internal business partners
- Responding to Client Service Team inquiries
- Ensuring absolute compliance with all regulations and requirements of ERISA Law
- Maintaining quality control and procedures
- Creating process improvements to meet key deliverables and exceed client expectations
