  • Understanding the many operational processes within the group
  • Ensuring participant account information is updated timely and accurately
  • Managing relationships with internal business partners
  • Responding to Client Service Team inquiries
  • Ensuring absolute compliance with all regulations and requirements of ERISA Law
  • Maintaining quality control and procedures
  • Creating process improvements to meet key deliverables and exceed client expectations
