Requirements
- Expert proficiency in Epic Systems
- Configuration & release management
- Design & build enablement
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with Epic Ambulatory
- High School diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document workflows at new community connect sites
- Collaborate with the client build team
- Document and translate current/future workflows for client build team
- Support technical dress rehearsals
- Assist in onsite user support
- Participate in cutover process
