Requirements

  • 4 – 6+ years of experience in the areas directly relevant to the responsibilities of the position
  • Experience with agency/client relations, either on the agency side or on the client side
  • Experience managing large marketing budgets and all media channels, traditional and digital platforms
  • Comfortable with both brand and performance media

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with agency partners to develop and implement innovative, data-driven, national paid media strategies across video, programmatic, social, audio, broadcast/streaming TV, OOH, and emerging channels.
  • Support campaign execution, ensuring precision and excellence in audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad placements.
  • Ensure all media plans align with brand objectives, are strategically sound, and are executed on time and within budget.
  • Identify, recommend, and test new formats, placements, and creative variations to enhance audience engagement and campaign performance.
  • Partner with internal creative, strategy, and analytics teams, as well as external agencies, to develop high-performing creative assets.
  • Work closely with media vendors to ensure accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to define KPIs and establish test plans, learning goals, and measurement frameworks that effectively evaluate media performance.
  • Consistently review campaign data, extracting insights to inform real-time optimizations and long-term strategic shifts.
  • Provide clear, data-backed reporting on media campaign performance to key internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and oversight of media budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to meet business goals.
  • Review and approve media authorizations and spend forecasts, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment.
  • Partner internally to track and manage actualized spend, ensuring accurate pacing throughout the fiscal year.
