Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of commercial property or facilities management experience.
- Working knowledge of facility systems such as HVAC, Fire Systems, BMS, Water Treatment, Plumbing, Electrical.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and analytical skills with the ability to read, analyze, and interpret Scope of Work.
- Computer proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), SharePoint, etc.
- Strong client service orientation with the ability to provide information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and the Vendors.
Responsibilities
- Engage with individual client / site employees to gain situational knowledge to successfully address, manage and deliver resolution for reactive facilities repairs.
- Establish weekly meeting cadence with the site key stakeholders to discuss upcoming services.
- Publish weekly services tracker with scheduled dates and actions.
- Successfully manage work orders and coordinate supplier partners schedules with HQ Facilities Team.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Manage supplier partners to the assigned statement of work and address any correction actions and/or escalate within JLL to the appropriate parties.
- Through collaboration and teamwork, drive the development and implementation of best practices.
- Support compliance with JLL’s audit and compliance standards in facility management, financial management and operational policies and procedures.
- Supervise vendors, contractor performance, project schedules during normal and off hours including weekends when necessary.
- Utilize working technical knowledge to streamline resolution and/or troubleshooting.
- Manage the work order process and systems and associated data platform, as it specifically relates to performance management/reporting and maximizing Corrigo work order capability.
- Receive invoices, review for correctness according to work order data, and approve/deny vendor payment.
- Ensure the USPS HQ Scope of Work (SOW) is followed, completed, documented (with service and deficiency reports) and work order authorized within Corrigo.
Preferred Qualifications
- IFMA Certified Facility Manager designation (CFM) preferred.
- HVAC education and or experience (preferred).
- Self-starter and self-directed.
