Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, or related field
- 2 years’ experience in design, merchandising, marketing, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in design, merchandising, marketing, or related area
Responsibilities
- Collaborating to assist in setting the category strategy for Private Brands
- Building relationships with suppliers, merchants, business partners, and other Private Brand team members
- Influencing decisions about products including replenishment, supply chain, manufacturers, store operations, planning, assortment, layouts, budgets, modular, and pricing
- Delivering on Key Business metrics with Sourcing to ensure quality products
- Knowing private brand customers and suppliers
- Focusing on quality and continuous improvement
