Requirements

  • 5+ years in physical security, asset protection, or facilities systems management across multiple sites.
  • Hands-on experience with modern alarm systems, surveillance camera platforms, and safe management tools.
  • Deep technical skills in system commissioning, device testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience working in construction/closeout phases of new site development.
  • Investigative and reporting skills with the ability to work autonomously in the field.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and vendor management capabilities.
  • Professional certifications (CPP, PSP) a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% nationwide.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and maintain all physical security systems, including CCTV, intrusion alarms, and safe services.
  • Lead vendor commissioning of camera and alarm systems during the final stages of new practice construction.
  • Conduct investigations into theft, equipment tampering, and system failures.
  • Develop and maintain security SOPs in alignment with industry standards (ASIS, NFPA 731, ISO/IEC 27001 physical controls).
  • Audit location security readiness and provide assessments for new buildouts or upgrades.
  • Train local staff on alarm procedures, incident response, and daily use of camera and safe systems.
  • Own the lifecycle of vendor partnerships—including performance reviews, contract management, and critical issue handling.
  • Resolve service tickets with urgency and ensure proactive preventive maintenance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certifications (CPP, PSP) a plus.
