Requirements
- Law degree from an accredited law school
- 5 years’ experience in law
- License to practice law in at least one state
Responsibilities
- Provide the client with an informed understanding of legal obligations and risks to allow the client to make informed decisions.
- Identify the need for and direct training.
- Engage, direct, and supervise outside counsel in the context of administrative charges and attorney demand letters.
- Develop and foster relationships with the business and People partners and maintain an understanding of business goals and objectives.
