Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Computer experience, proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and ability to use standard office equipment and software.
- Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at 40 wpm.
- Basic knowledge of spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Basic knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures.
Responsibilities
- Create new Individual profiles in RS2/MITC.
- Update Individual profiles/authorizations in RS2/MITC annually as SA/ISP renew.
- Update Individual profiles in RS2/MITC when contact information changes or yearly update packets are received.
- Create Individual Protocols and Safety Plans.
- Match/authorize DSPs to work with Individuals in MITC.
- Terminate DSPs in MITC when no longer employed.
- Manages Individual Onboarding email requests.
- Archive Individual profiles when Individuals are no longer served by Premier.
- Unarchive Individual profiles when Individuals return to Premier services.
- Update Individual profiles in RS2/MITC profiles when Individuals transfer from one County to another.
- Assist Premier staff with any clock in or service note issues in MITC.
- Check completed work for accuracy.
- Maintain task completion in SalesForce.
- Comply with data integrity and security policies.
- Ability to perform and complete any additional tasks/projects as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with the intellectual and developmental disabilities field preferred.
