Requirements
- Requires BS and 4 – 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 – 6 years of prior relevant experience.
- Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance
- Technical Writer Experience
- Experience working with the Defense Open Source Community
- MS Office, particularly Word
- Experience interacting with various stakeholders
- Experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD
- Excellent organization and tracking skills
- Experience with creating workflows
- Team player with ability to work autonomously
- Experience working with Intelligence Community and Law Enforcement Agencies
- Experience with creating user guides and training end users for software platforms
Responsibilities
- Drafting, editing, proofreading and providing writing support on technical OSINT reports and product documentation prepared by the team’s developers, engineers, and user services representatives.
- Ensuring documents meet editorial and government specifications and adhering to standards for quality, graphics, coverage, format and style.
- Working with the team to ensure editorial changes retain the essential technical elements, while improving the overall work product.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD
- Experience with CM tools – SharePoint, Git, etc.
- Experience with Agile practices
- Cert in SAFE, CSM or other Agile area
- Experience with CMMI
