Requirements
- 5 years of experience managing projects, programs, or processes for Operations
- Experience managing vendor relationships
- Experience with RWE (real world evidence) studies or clinical trials
Responsibilities
- Manage projects, programs, or processes for Operations.
- Manage existing vendor relationships across products and supports onboarding new relationships as needed.
- Create comprehensive key performance indicators and related processes and procedures for operational functions (including call center, eConsent, patient reimbursement, etc.), and coach team members on best practices to ensure key target measures are successfully achieved.
- Develop actionable insights derived from project management tools, data analysis, and stakeholder feedback to drive improvement for Operations.
- Apply advanced methods serving as the functional owner for outreach channels including Call Center, (both inbound and outbound call workflow), direct mail, SMS and social media.
- Consult on key deliverables within the call center outreach component, maximizing sold contract value and owning realization of call center contract targets and managing appropriate channel margins.
- Coordinate and influence key relationships in the sales process with partners at top pharmaceutical government research as well as non-traditional partners to ensure industry-leading satisfaction on design and implementation of strategic campaigns.
- Coach and train junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
