Responsibilities

  • Drive effective and strong coordination with business partners across the organization business units, segment coordinators, and internal corporate partners.
  • Responsibility for the consolidation of the Annual Business Plan (ABP) and quarterly Rolling Business Management (RBM) forecasts. Your team will provide enterprise guidance, summarize the forecasts and present a summary to senior leadership.
  • Responsibility to coordinate the financial Long-Term Forecast and support for Investor Day presentations.
  • Support the quarterly earnings release process by providing analysis and insights for preparation of the earnings call.
  • Support forecasting of enterprise Short-Term Incentive Plan (STIP) expenses.
  • Support the Global Finance Services Organization by using new technology and providing guidance for the implementation for new processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance related discipline
  • Progressively Accounting or Finance experience, including cost accounting and budget development
  • CPA, CMA, or CFA preferred
