Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, preferably within dermatology or a multi-site clinical setting.
  • Demonstrated experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and business planning.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage change, and drive measurable outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of healthcare compliance, payer requirements, and EMR systems.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple dermatology clinics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering consistent, high-quality patient care.
  • Partner with executive and clinic leadership to develop and implement operational plans and business strategies tailored to each clinic’s needs.
  • Drive operational excellence by establishing performance metrics and accountability standards across clinics.
  • Prepare and manage clinic budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Hire, train, and develop clinic managers and administrative leaders to foster high-performing teams.
  • Ensure all clinics operate in compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, licensing standards, and third-party payer requirements.
  • Serve as a liaison between clinic staff and physicians, ensuring alignment with clinical objectives and support for physician initiatives.
  • Recommend and oversee facility upgrades, equipment purchases, and technology enhancements to improve operational efficiency and patient experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute local growth strategies, referral development plans, and community engagement efforts.
